Mark K. Bridgeford, Esq. founded The Bridgeford Law Office, APC. in 1999 where it remains situated in the beautiful City of Valencia in the heart of the Santa Clarita Valley. His legal experience spans 40 years and his practice has always been solely dedicated to workers’ compensation law.

He earned his undergraduate degree in History from California State University Northridge in 1974 and his Juris Doctorate from the San Fernando Valley College of Law in 1977.

He was admitted to practice before all courts within the state of California including the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, in 1978, and has remained a member in good standing since that time.

The State Bar of California has certified Mr. Bridgeford a Specialist in the field of workers’ compensation. With his years of experience in the industry, he is one of the state’s foremost authorities in this area of jurisprudence.

Mr. Bridgeford provides counsel on some of the most complex aspects and analyses of liability stemming from industrial injury for many of the country’s largest companies and insurers. He also offers guidance for victims of catastrophic industrial illness and injury and is responsible for publishing several important and key appellate decisions, including the so-called “Rolda Rule.” Mr. Bridgeford is a popular author of numerous articles.
